These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777dc ("the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777dc online gaming platform accessible at 777dc.cam and any associated mobile or web-based applications.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on 777dc, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this platform.

• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer or reward granted to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process conducted by the Operator to confirm a Player's identity, age and address in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the 777dc website, mobile interface, software and all associated services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which account balances may be denominated.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a Player requests a temporary or permanent restriction on their own account access.

To register and maintain an account on 777dc, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or organisational accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law and where access to this platform is geo-blocked or otherwise restricted by the Operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of 777dc or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not already hold an existing active account on the 777dc platform. Only one account per person, household and device is permitted.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where applicable, a valid phone number. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of any balance.

777dc reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. KYC documentation may include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driver's licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, screenshot of mobile wallet, or card statement);
• A selfie holding your ID document, if requested.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. We strongly recommend completing your KYC documentation early to avoid delays when requesting your first cashout. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Each Player may hold only one registered account. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777dc reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate balances at its sole discretion, and void any pending or recent wagers placed through duplicate accounts.

777dc supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as an account currency. Deposit and withdrawal methods available to Pakistani players may include familiar references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, subject to the live cashier's current offerings and each provider's own terms. The listing of these payment references does not imply endorsement of, or operational support for, gambling transactions by any of the named payment providers.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the live cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on your account, unless otherwise approved by the Operator after KYC review.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as stated per promotion) must be staked before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses have an expiry period. Unmet wagering requirements on expired bonuses will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Maximum cashout limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus funds.
• Bonuses are generally limited to one per Player, per household, per IP address and per payment method.
• 777dc reserves the right to withdraw, alter or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or exploit bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage wagering strategies or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on the 777dc sportsbook and all gaming sessions conducted on the platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed wager is at the sole discretion of the Operator.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error or manifest odds error, the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet or stake limits apply per event, per market and per Player, as displayed in the relevant section of the platform.
• Sports betting markets available include Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and esports competitions, among others. Market availability may change without prior notice.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by the relevant third-party game studio. 777dc does not control game outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are final once confirmed by the game server and visible in your account history.
• Players are responsible for all wagers placed on their account. 777dc accepts no liability for bets placed as a result of a Player sharing account credentials with a third party.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777dc platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, forged or misleading identity or KYC documentation;
• Using the platform if you are under the minimum age requirement;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or glitches for financial gain without reporting them promptly;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using the platform to launder money or finance any unlawful activity;
• Placing bets for the purpose of arbitrage, matched betting or systematic exploitation of odds errors in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with or compromises the integrity of the platform or other users' experience.

All content on the 777dc platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game content and promotional material — is the intellectual property of 777dc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of 777dc.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777dc and its affiliates, directors, employees and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings or bonuses resulting from technical errors, service interruptions or platform downtime;
• Any financial loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform;
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials;
• Any consequence arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

777dc makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

777dc is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All registered Players have access to the following tools, which can be activated via the account settings panel or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a defined period (minimum 24 hours).
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer voluntary account closure for a defined period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests take effect promptly once confirmed by the support team.

777dc reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms;
• Fraudulent activity, identity theft or document forgery;
• Money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns;
• Underage gambling;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions;
• Use of automated tools or other prohibited technical means.

Upon account closure for cause, 777dc reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after the investigation is concluded.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time period. Outstanding balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

777dc reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — such as changes to eligibility criteria, withdrawal conditions or bonus policy — we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the platform interface or by email to your registered address.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version of these Terms came into force. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777dc platform shall first be referred to the Operator's internal dispute resolution process.

The Operator will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking independent legal advice or exercising any statutory rights available to you under the laws of your jurisdiction. These Terms do not limit or exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
